What do you like to spend time doing outside of work: My wife and I have three kids so any spare time we have is spent doing stuff with the family

What’s your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: Recruitment’s an ever-changing landscape, you can never stand still and can never stop looking for ways to improve or adapt. This for me will always remain the biggest challenge.
