What is the best job you have ever had (before Pure Staff): I worked in a Bistro in Nottingham, when I was at Uni, we used to get more drunk than the punters!
What do you like to spend time doing outside of work: Football coaching! I run my sons U10’s team and I’m assistant manager to my other sons U7’s team. That keeps me busy! I also love challenging myself with fitness challenges and recently completed an ironman distance triathlon. I enjoy listening to audiobooks and of course spending time with friends and family.

If you had a superpower, what would it be? Be invisible.

What’s your biggest fear? I aint a fan of spiders.

Favourite Film/TV Show: Narcos, Breaking Bad, Dexter, anything to do with the second world war too.
What do you like most about working for Pure Staff: I like working with the passionate teams we have. I also love working with knowledgeable people who make important, smart decisions and I like that everyone works together.
What is your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: The same recruitment challenges are always there! It keeps that fire in your belly!
