What do you like most about working for Pure Staff: You’re not micro-managed which allows you to give your all to where and when it is needed most. As far as recruiting goes – finding the right candidate for the right company making all parties happy and that’s where the job satisfaction comes from.
What’s your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: The candidate market. It seems that the recent upheaval with Covid, Brexit and the financial fallout of both has made candidates harder to find than ever!

What’s the best job you’ve ever had (before Pure Staff of course): I worked for a Traffic Calming and Safety Equipment company in accounts for 31 years until they closed down, And of course I love my job at Pure Staff.
What do you like to spend time doing outside of work: Being with family and friends, Going to the theatre love musicals, I am also a founder member of a Housing Co-operative and sit on the committee which is all voluntary.

What do you like most about working for Pure Staff: The working environment, working with lovely people. And getting to know the customers on the phone. And being involved in the pure staff foundation helping different charities, really enjoying that.
What’s your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: To get the payments in on time from customers, and to keep the purples weekly spreadsheet down 😊
