What do you like most about working for Pure Staff: I love working with the people, we work hard get results but have fun in the process.
What’s your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: The candidate market is like nothing I have seen in 11 years in recruitment, it seems to be getting a little better but there is a serious shortage of quality candidates looking for work.

What’s the best job you’ve ever had (before Pure Staff of course): ARGOS, believe it or not I found working in retail really enjoyable as there was always targets to achieve and it was a fast-paced environment. Not to mention the 10% staff discount!
What do you like to spend time doing outside of work: I’m a gamer at heart and whenever I’ve got a spare hour my headset goes on and I forget about the real world!
Favourite Singer/Band: Guns n roses. I’ve been to see them twice, both times with dad who is also a diehard GnR fan. (I may also have a tattoo dedicated to GnR)
Favourite Food: Got to be pasta and cheese, easy to make and DELICIOUS.
Favourite Animal: Owl, as a child I spent a lot of my time at Birmingham children’s hospital and I remember there being an owl there this one time, it happened to be the same day I received treatment. I now consider the owl my lucky animal!
