What is the best job you have ever had (before Pure Staff): Phones 4 u, this is where I started in sales and worked my way to management, I also had some very high profile projects that opened the first ever phone concession stores inside Curry’s PC world which was later rolled out across the UK.
What do you like to spend time doing outside of work: GOLF – I play at least 3 times a week in the summer periods and at least once a week during the winter, I am not the greatest at it but I love it none the less.
Favourite Singer/Band: My favourite artist is Eminem, and my favourite band is a tossup between Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit
If you had a superpower, what would it be? I would love to be able to fly I think the feeling would be unbelievable and you could go anywhere you want whenever you want!
Favourite Food: Chicken or Beef – 9/10 I will always choose a burger off a food menu.
Favourite Animal: Dogs – grew up with them my whole life – mans best friend.
What’s your biggest fear? Failure, I hate the idea of failing at anything with Life, kids, career – I don’t like to fail its not in my nature.
Favourite Hobby: GOLF! 😊
Favourite Film/TV Show: I like a lot of films and watch a lot of series so it hard to pinpoint but it’s got to be Peaky Blinders and Game of Thrones.
What do you like most about working for Pure Staff: Recruitment is hard and working for a good company that looks after their staff is rare, that applies to any industry not just in the recruitment sector. Pure Staff always strive to pay the best and offer great perks/incentives to improve work life balances. Above all though I believe how good we are at providing our services, we have a fantastic team that is always working hard to deliver results to our customers.
What is your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: Admin, with constant changes within Employment law our jobs become a lot more administrative to stay compliant.

What’s one professional or personal goal you have in 2025? To achieve the biggest budget YTD and exceed it in 2025, lower my Golf handicap to at least 20.
