What do you like most about working for Pure Staff:
I enjoy the work-life balance, after coming in from a retail management background it is incredible to not be taking work home with you and not being micromanaged. I also love the team I work with, we all have our important roles to play and we all wouldn’t function without each other.
What’s your biggest challenge in recruitment right now: I want to get better with my organisation skills and catching small details in the admin work.
