At Pure Staff, we believe in standing together to support one another, especially during the most difficult times. This year, Kieran has embarked on a heartfelt mission to honour his friend Jack, who tragically lost his battle with mental health in November 2023. The loss of Jack has deeply impacted everyone who knew him, and in his memory, Kieran is determined to make a difference for others facing similar struggles.
Kieran’s goal is to raise £3,500 for Andy’s Man Club, an incredible organisation dedicated to supporting men’s mental health. Andy’s Man Club provides safe, non-judgmental spaces for men to share their thoughts, seek support, and tackle life’s challenges together. By expanding their reach and establishing more clubs across the UK, they are helping to break down stigma and save lives.
To raise funds and awareness, Kieran and other participants are taking on an unforgettable challenge—the Le Mans Charity Endurance Drive for Men’s Mental Health. This unique event will see participants hitting the road in gloriously dreadful cars with a budget of just £600, all while adhering to strict rules and completing wild, creative challenges along the way. It’s not just about the destination but the camaraderie, laughter, and poignant purpose of raising awareness for men’s mental health.
With tremendous support already received, we’re proud to share that Kieran’s initial fundraising target of £1,500 was hit on 1st May 2025. Thanks to continued generosity, he quickly surpassed his second target of £2,500 on 3rd June 2025. As of 9th Monday 2025, they have surpassed their £3,000 target. Now, Kieran is pushing towards his ultimate target of £3,500, and we need your help to get there. Every donation made will directly contribute to Andy’s Man Club’s life-saving work, helping even more men receive the support they need.

Whether you join as a participant or cheer from the sidelines, your support means everything. Together, we can honour Jack’s memory and work to create a brighter future for those struggling in silence.
About Andy’s Man Club
Andy’s Man Club is a men’s mental health charity founded to provide a safe and supportive space for men to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. The organisation was established in memory of Andy Roberts, a young man who tragically took his own life, sparking a mission to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. With sessions held across the UK, Andy’s Man Club invites men of all ages to come together, share their experiences, and access vital peer-to-peer support.
The vision of Andy’s Man Club is simple yet powerful—no man should feel alone in his struggles. By fostering an open and non-judgmental environment, the charity aims to reduce male suicide, which remains one of the leading causes of death in men under 50. Their motto, “It’s okay to talk,” reflects their commitment to normalising conversations around mental health and encouraging men to seek help without fear of judgement.
Through their community-driven approach, Andy’s Man Club has inspired change on an individual and societal level, uniting people in the fight against the stigma of mental illness. Men attending the sessions can find connection, encouragement, and tools to cope, all while knowing they are not navigating their challenges alone.
