This remarkable organisation is a leading UK charity dedicated to helping children, families, and schools. Their work provides essential support and educational resources to tackle exclusion, cyberbullying, and isolation, with the ultimate goal of creating safer, kinder environments for young people to thrive.
This month, our Foundation board members, Kirsty and Amie, meet the charity’s founder, Louise Burfitt-Dons. They presented the donation on behalf of Pure Staff Foundation and had the opportunity to learn more about the organisation’s crucial mission.

It was particularly timely, as Louise recently celebrated a significant milestone: the 15th anniversary of Kindness Day UK. This national day, which Louise initiated on BBC Breakfast, promotes the simple but powerful message that kindness can create lasting positive change.
This ethos is at the very heart of the charity’s work, encapsulated in their “Cool to Be Kind” campaign.
