• Pure Staff will pay the referrer a £200 bonus if they refer a worker who has not previously registered with Pure Staff in the past 12 months.
  • The £200 bonus will be paid after the referred worker has completed 200 hours.
  • The £200 bonus will be paid as normal taxable income; Pure Staff will not pay cash directly to the referrer.
  • Only one referral bonus will be paid for each new worker, on a first come first serve basis.
  • There is no limit on the number of referrals that an introducer can make.
  • Referrals must be made via the Pure Staff app before or at registration (of the referred worker) – referrals made at a later stage will not be valid.
  • Both the introducing individual and the new worker must be engaged by Pure Staff at the time of bonus payment. Where either party’s contract of employment is under the notice of termination (whether given by the employer or the employee) at the time the payment is due, the Company retains full discretion not to pay the incentive.
  • To qualify for the incentive, the referred worker must be placed within a 3-month period.
  • The payment of any bonus or incentive will be wholly at the discretion of Pure Staff and there is no contractual entitlement for you to receive a bonus at any time, irrespective of whether bonuses have been paid to you or to others on previous occasions.
  • Pure Staff have the right to amend these terms at their discretion and also reserve the right to offer an alternative bonus of the same value at any time.
  • Pure Staff make no guarantees that a referred friend will be offered work-finding services.
