🚐 Van Driver – Temp to Perm

📍 Leamington Spa Area
Pure Staff Birmingham are seeking experienced van drivers (Category B) to join one of our well-established clients in the Leamington Spa area. This is a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate.
🔧 The Role:
- Handballing boxed goods to butchers and wholesalers
- Delivering fresh halal farm food products
- 8-15 drops per day
- Local and short-distance deliveries
- Start time: 6:00am – 5:00pm
- Loads pre-picked; drivers assist with loading
- Strapping and securing loads safely (essential)
- Ensuring load safety and compliance at all times
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum age 26 years (insurance requirement)
- Valid UK Category B (car/van) licence
- Minimum 1 year van driving experience
- Experience strapping and securing loads
- Able to handball boxes safely
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
💷 Pay Rates:
- £13.50 per hour
- £1.93 per hour holiday pay accrued
(Total equivalent rate: £15.43 per hour)
Holiday pay is banked and paid when you take annual leave.
🕒 Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
