We are seeking to appoint a Telesales Executive site based in Leicester where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves developing new business, supporting and servicing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reaching out to new customers by Cold-calling & Emailing is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy – especially with MS Excel & Sage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ Years experience in the food ingredients / food & beverage or FMCG sectors
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent Phone handling & Cold-calling skills
- Multilingual – Ability to speak Hindi, Punjabi or Gujarati (or any other Asian language) will be a distinct advantage.
