Your role will be to;
- Help to Maintain and manage AMT Tesco Platform for suppliers DD seasonally
- Managing SEDEX and Ethical issues with suppliers and Packhouses.
- Monthly Sedex reports of Suppliers outstanding non conformances
- Collation of Ethical information and holding documentation for up to 5 years.
- Keeping abreast of legislation with regard to Ethical trading
- Sending out due diligence/ethical/labour provider information requests to International suppliers
- Check or add links on Food Experts for suppliers and customers
- Initiate and manage FEX Derogation process with customers
- Accept, save and communicate new specifications and procedures on SGS IPL platform.
- Maintaining supplier spreadsheets for Tesco Amazon, SPAR and ASDA .
- Be familiar with Tesco TQC, ASDA (Hive) Platform, Authenticate, Amazon Andi, SPAR Platform, and assist on keeping updated and relevant.
- Assisting packhouses with audits and visits (Emphasis on ethical & labour)
- Input into BRC and preparation for QMS & Assist with measuring and monitoring KPIs: QSL, Packhouse QSL, Customer Complaints
- Assist in the Management of training for the Technical and QA team.
- Communicating with customer TMs and technologists where required
- General assistance to Technical Director
