My client is an automotive part supply company and due to continued strength in orders, they are looking to recruit TWO Permanent Sales Parts Advisors for their Derby branch.

Working Mon to Fri 8-5 or 8:30 to 17:30 and alternate Saturdays 8-1pm, the successful candidate will get a basic salary of between £26,000 & £28,000 pa as well as qualifying for the company bonus scheme.

***CANDIDATES THAT APPLY MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE SPARES/EQUIPMENT SALES EXPERIENCE***

Main Purpose of Job:

* Provide customers with excellent customer service and deliver their product requirements via Telephone & Sales counter.

Key Accountabilities:

* Ensure to offer high quality customer service day in day out.

* Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customer’s requirements.

* Communicate all offers/promotions to customers.

* Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Primarily local branch based.

* Be part of the team that represents the company and maintain their high standards and company values.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* An excellent team player with a desire to succeed.

* Motor Factor Sales Experience

* Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills.

* Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites.

* Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.

* Passion to deliver top class customer service.

* Numeracy and literacy.

* Professional Manner.

* A smart personal appearance
