Responsibilities:
- Pipeline, revenue and productivity reporting; delivering accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance reporting; turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Sales Forecasting; working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM, and assisting sales with any updates required.
- Assist with calculation of Sales commission; provide insights and recommendations for enhancing and improving the Sales Commission Policy.
- Ownership of the price book; responsibility for keeping up to date with latest product offering and pricing, and continuous improvement. Assist with evaluating and optimising pricing strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness. Reporting on average discounts, regional differences etc to drive insights to help shape future pricing
Skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a sales operations or business analyst role
- Experience of working with CRM, (preferably Hub Spot)
- Detail orientated, with experience of data analysis and report creation using BI tools.
- Good understanding of sales performance and metrics
- Experience driving data quality improvement
