Sales Administrator – near Winchcombe Permanent Gloucestershire £23000 - £25000 per annum

Responsible for: Office Administration.

Duties as the Sales / Office Administrator are;

  • Process all sales orders, purchase orders, goods received.
  • Maintain stock control, implementing new procedures
  • Assist Sales Director with any queries, enquires on new products
  • Sourcing and arranging couriers and outside transport
  • Accepting customer orders
  • General support in office, Telephone, order taking, invoicing queries, transport, couriers, cover.

  • Great planning and organisation skills
  • IT proficient
  • Processing orders
  • A proven self – starter

Due to location own transport is essential.
