Our client are specialist subcontractors for machined components for automotive and shower pressure systems from which they are now looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to bolster their team. Must come from a similar industry.
Overview / You:
- Dealing with customers, delivery timings and issues, questions on deliveries and orders.
- No new sales, mainly looking after existing customers, communication is key not only externally but internally.
- Data entry into the system which directly feeds to the production manager to plan orders and KPI’s etc
- Updating spreadsheets o IT Literate
- Must have a can-do attitude not expected just to sit behind there screen, they may need to be able to multitask to meet the needs of the business.
- Pick an order because a customer needs it now and maybe even deliver it themselves in a company van. Although this is when needed not a normal part of the role so a team player is key.
Shift 7am – 4/4.30pm Monday – Friday with a early finish on a Friday to work with the business needs.
The perfect candidate will come from a similar industry and be a hands-on team player and not afraid to get stuck into anything that is needed of them.
