Sales Administrator Permanent Wrexham £22000 - £24000 per annum

The Role:

  • To promote the principles of good customer service both externally and internally at all times
  • To coordinate and process orders in accordance with the protocols of the business
  • To take responsibility for maintaining an efficient supply chain
  • Liaise with customers regarding their order requirements
  • Liaise with purchasing department regarding stock levels (and forecasts).
  • Liaise and co-ordinate stocks with the repacking factory and transport.
  • Liaise with transport regarding delivery schedules
  • Provide holiday/illness cover within the Customer Service and transport team
  • Investigate and resolve any non-conformances relating to credit notes, transport, deliveries, shortages and products in a timely manner.
  • Receive and manage customer enquiries, helping to identify and report back on opportunities.
  • Complete all designated tasks within the allocated timescale.
  • To maintain and manage customer information within the appropriate manner
  • Arrange samples for customers as and when required to do so
  • Report information relating to Order Activity to Managing Director on a daily basis (when covering for annual/sickness/maternity leave).
  • Provide weekly reports to Managing Director in relation to Short dated stock and potential issues with stock (when covering for annual/sickness/maternity leave.
  • To work as part of a team as well as remaining disciplined and self motivated when working under own initiative.
  • To attend training sessions and develop relevant knowledge and skills as applicable
