Production Operative – Days – Immediate start £10.50 to £12.50ph plus £100 bonus
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for 3 x Production Operatives for our client based near Evesham. Our customer specialises in custom tailored automotive vehicles they started as a small family run business and have expanded massively over the last 60 years to now become a main provider of quality vehicles within the Automotive sector.
Production Operative Duties –
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Working on there own to complete individual tasks
- Have an eye for detail
- Happy to work on a production line
- Flexible towards duties and different sections on the production line
Pay Scales & Benefits
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
Pension: Employee & Company contributions
Early finish: On a Friday
Parking: Free
Hours of work are 07:30 am until 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and a 3pm finish on a Friday.
Pay for a Production Operative will start from £10.50 per hour and for the right candidate £12.50 depending on experience, there is also a Monthly attendance bonus for 100% attendance of £100 per month.
The ideal candidate will have the following –
- Experience on a production line
- Worked in an Manufacturing environment previously
- Can use basic hand tools
- Furniture Building
- Assembly Experience
- Sub assembly experience

Production Operative roles will include an interview with the client prior to acceptance of the position. This vacancy offers a permanent job once a successful trial period of a minimum 12 weeks has been done.
