Overview:

We’re looking for someone practical and capable who is comfortable across quality, stock and production coordination rather than a pure QC or pure warehouse person.

Duties:

• Checking inbound and packed fruit, understanding customer specifications, spotting deterioration or defects, issuing QC reports and escalating issues quickly.
• Maintaining accurate stock visibility by product, grower, lot, age and allocation, and flagging ageing or excess stock before it becomes a problem.
• Working day to day with the packhouse team to ensure clear visibility on what is being packed, when, for which customer, and whether anything is going off plan.
• Checking labels, pallet builds, quantities and customer requirements before dispatch. – Proactively updating the team on what is physically happening rather than waiting to be asked.

This is a permanent role office based.
