Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting a Operations Administrator for our client based in Gloucester who specialise in Waste Management
Duties for this Operations Administrator role are as follows:
- Process Customer enquiries, complaints and Requests for service received
- Undertake stock control duties, including PEE and waste containers, maintain records
- Work front of house on reception, greeting visitors and address staff enquiries.
- Run system reports and prepare and process charging runs within the time schedule.
- Process monthly weighbridge data reports and resolve any anomalies.
- Assist in raising of purchase orders for goods and services.
- Basic admin and data entry as and when required
- Take meeting notes.
Hours for this Operations Administrator role are as follows
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00
The pay for this Operations Administrator role is 14.50 per hour, this role also offers the below additional benefits –
