You:

Ideal candidate should have experience working on NPD projects and cross functional teams within the food or FMCG sector as per below: –

• Co-ordinate & follow up NPD projects, related to Asia.
• Manage process documentation from kitchen to factory scale up.
• Support the NPD Manager (Asia) in the NPD Process.
• Maintain a database of product & process information by NPD product.
• Support in the kitchen analysis and product cook up from NPD to Launch.
• Communicate with the Thailand based team regarding factories and ingredients suppliers to help prioritise in line with the NPD process

Attributes:

• Degree in Food related degree – not essential
• HACCP / Process Improvement
• Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
• Ability to write clear market driven product requirements and strategies.
• Ability to do customer and product presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate success in product launches and execution of product marketing strategies.
• Research, analysis and negotiation skills.
• Motivated self-starter proven project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• To formulate, submit and agree objectives on a quarterly basis.
• Commitment to Customer Service and Quality Management Systems including BRC and ISO
