Our client is going through seismic changes across all aspects of marketing and they are now looking to strengthen the marketing team with a Marketing Manager to support our brand launch in 2023 with a world name in the motor sport / automotive accessories sector.

Working alongside the Brand / Marketing Director the candidate will work with the existing marketing plan, but play a key role in developing new strategies and activities which will include Product, In-Store, Engagement, Promotions, Communications and the continuous development of the trade and retail sectors.

Tasks: Work alongside the Marketing Director – Trade Sector to, Build an unassailable position within the market-sector to include Product, In-store Presence, Store-Support, Customer Engagement, Promotions and Communication. Develop brand campaigns aligned with overall brand strategy Couple first-hand experience with intelligence from the Insight & Product Management Department to build a detailed understanding of the market sector, retail capabilities and end-user trends on which to build a market-sector strategy that aligns with brand strategy and interconnects with sales-sector strategy Keep up to date with marketing and industry news Ensure coordination between Marketing, Insight & Product Management, Sales and other functions within OHC UK Seek and welcome scope for continual personal development.

The candidate will have a broad understanding of the marketing mix in a product-based industry ideally with experience of working with external agencies & customers within key retailers and trade accounts in the UK.
