Pure staff ltd are currently looking for Labourer/ Fitter to join the team, we are looking for individuals that are wanting to progress their career in the industry. Our client is one of the leading suppliers of granite worktops in the Southwest creating high quality products in a spotless environment.

As a Labourer/ Fitter your role will include the following:

– Fitting of Stone worktops

– Using hand tools

– Must be numerate and able to read plans and cutting lists. Keeping your workstation/surrounding area clean and organised.

– Work as a team member, as we all rely on each other and work as a team.

– Package and load finished products for shipping by vans..

– Observe all safety regulations. Participate in safety training. Report all unsafe conditions to the appropriate company personnel. Is consistently at work and on time.

– Working at customers houses and construction sites.

– Engage in all other tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.

What we are looking for:

• Must be physically strong. Manual handling is required but where possible access equipment is on hand.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fractions.
• Must be able to work well with employees in a busy environment.

Hours of work for this Labourer/Fitter role are:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Pay rate is £12.00 per hour.

The individuals need to be hard working and reliable and willing to learn.
