We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Commercial team who is willing to learn. Experience of negotiation would be desirable but full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The role will include:

• To check stock of product against daily sales.
• To undertake stock analysis and communicate product availability.
• To source, negotiate and place orders at an agreed price for fruit from a given country of responsibility.
• Responsible for consignment profitability.
• To check and calculate duty payable on consignments.
• To build and maintain effective working relationships with agents and shippers.
• To develop a detailed understanding of the regional fresh produce markets around the world.
