Responsibilities
- Manage, collate and report on data from key stakeholders
- General purchasing administrative duties-processing POs, manage delivery of goods on time.
- Issuing and following up of quotations
- Management of Data for new and existing products, keeping information accurate and up to date
- Coordinating and supporting activities with shipping and clearing agents, Finance teams and QA/technical
- Support of senior procurement team members.

- IT literate Microsoft

- Good Attention to detail
- Experience with International procurement
- SAP experience required
- Excel skills is an advantage
