Skills & Experience
- Some experience within a B2B, sales, customer service, or account support environment would be beneficial.
- An interest in account management, customer relationships, and commercial business operations.
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, quotes, and basic reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with clients and suppliers professionally.
- Good organisation and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to support client and supplier meetings via video calls and email communication.
