Duties;
Working closely with the commercial manager and procurement manager within the food service and wholesale markets you will be assisting the team to managing their own portfolio of products
Help co-ordinate manage day to day relationship with strategic supply partners
Maintaining and developing relationships with growers/suppliers
Assisting the team in managing the P&L
To help monitor and managing stock arrivals ensuring expectations meet

Essential:

• Outstanding customer service skills and able to build relationships with suppliers and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident professional telephone manner
• Computer literate with accomplished numerical skills
• Ability to prioritise in a busy environment with flexible approach
• Exemplary organisational with high attention to detail

Skills:

• Experience within a similar role within fresh produce
• Additional languages but not essential
• Knowledge of growers and suppliers both here in the UK & overseas
