Forklift Driver

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our client based in Daventry. Our client is a large and well‑established logistics company, with this particular contract specialising in the storage and distribution of motorcycles and motorcycle parts.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to work within a fast‑paced warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient movement of goods.

Please note that there is a lot of manual handling work involved in this role, you will spend more time manual handling than on the forklift.

Your Role

As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Moving motorcycle parts and goods around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Manual handling work
• Supporting general warehouse duties where required
• Working in accordance with site health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence – essential
• Reach Truck licence desirable
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy logistics environment

Pay & Shifts

• £16.03 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 22:00-06:30
