Due to an internal promotion and continued high levels of work – my client is currently recruiting for an experienced fencer who is able to lead a small team installing and repairing fencing in and around Warwickshire.

As an experienced fencer/team leader you will need to meet the below criteria:

CSCS card would be an advantage but not essential.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relative role.

Full UK Driving Licence (max THREE points).

Knowledge of the building and construction industry.

Good customer service skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

Overseeing repair work in occupied new build homes.

Leading a small two man team.

Remove old or damaged fencing.

Reading fence drawings and plans.

Measuring and laying out fence lines.

Positioning wooden, concrete or metal posts and fixing into base.

Cutting panels to size and fixing to posts.

Painting and weatherproofing panels.

Other things to note:

Good knowledge of maths required

Ability to work well in a team

Pay close attention to detail.

Operate equipment safely.

Physically strong and good ability to work well with hands.

Good customer service skills.

Pay/Salary/Company benefits

£13.00 per hour PAYE (overtime available).

Quarterly Bonus

Overtime pay.

Company Van Provided.

Tools, PPE and uniform provided.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 0700-1600
