Salary: £13.45 per hour
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long‑standing client based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well‑established manufacturing business, with full training provided.
Your Role as a Factory Operative
As a Factory Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating factory machinery and production equipment.
- Preparing, assembling or manufacturing products.
- Packing and labelling finished products.
- Checking products for quality and reporting defects.
- Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products.
- Moving raw materials and finished goods.
- Potentially doing repetitive/manual work and standing for long periods.
- Full training provided
Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and towards targets
- Reliable, punctual and hard‑working
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Shifts
- £13.45 per hour
- Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday 08:00 – 13:00
