Customer Service Advisor – Vehicle Repairs
Location: Patchway, Bristol
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Payrate: £13ph

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Patchway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Duties include:
- Explaining to customers the progress and updates on their vehicle repairs
- Processing invoices and taking payments
- Upselling products and services to customers
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Candidate requirements:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role is desirable, but not essential
