Customer Service Administrator Permanent Stonehouse, Gloucestershire £24000 - £26000 per annum

The Role:

  • Sales order processing, including standard, call-off and scheduled order types
  • First point of contact for customer-service enquiries, co-ordination of queries ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Co-ordination with Hauliers
  • Development of product knowledge to support the field-based team when offering alternate products
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Proactively updating related parties with lead times until fulfilment of orders

Attributes:

  • Must have a mode of transport and hold a UK drivers license
  • Fluent in English: Constant communication with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage queries and resolve client’s questions
  • SAP experienced
  • Eager, committed and enthusiastic
  • Knowledge of processing order into the B2B arena
