Container Unloader
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Container Unloader to join our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Our client are specialists in pallet work and global logistics and supply chain, supporting site‑wide distribution of goods from across the country.
This role plays a key part in the success of the business, focusing on the unloading, distribution and palletising of incoming shipments.
Your Role
As a Container Unloader, your duties will include:
- Manually unloading boxes and pallets from containers
- Sorting and stacking goods efficiently
- Checking deliveries against paperwork and delivery notes
- Pallet wrapping
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
- Ability to carry out heavy manual handling
- Previous warehouse or container unloading experience desirable
- Good attention to detail when checking deliveries
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Pay & Shifts
- £12.71 per hour
- Guaranteed minimum 8 hours paid per day
- (If work is completed early, you will still be paid for 8 hours)
Working hours:
- 08:30 AM until finish
- 30‑minute unpaid break
Contract Details
- Temporary role
- Start: Tuesday 05th May 2026
- End: Thursday 14th May 2026
