Pure Staff’s Driving Team are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Driver to support one of our customers based in Goole. Immediate starts are available for reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers looking for ongoing work. New Pass Drivers are welcome to apply.
Drivers will complete a mixture of trunking runs to supermarket stores. This is a varied Class 1 role offering both day and night shifts across Monday to Sunday (excluding Saturday nights and Sunday morning starts). Start times available across the whole 24-hour period. Ongoing work is available with consistent shifts for dependable drivers.
Rates for an HGV Class 1 Driver:
Monday to Friday (Days) = £17.06ph (+ holiday accrued)
Monday to Friday (Nights) = £18.95ph (+ holiday accrued)
Weekend days = £22ph (+ holiday accrued)
Weekend days = £23ph (+ holiday accrued)

To be successful in this HGV Class 1 Driver role, you will need:
- UK Category C+E Licence
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid Driver CPC Card
- Newly qualified (New Pass) drivers are welcome to apply
- No more than 6 penalty points
- A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
- Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks
- Experience using tail lifts and handling cages is beneficial but not essential
