We are looking to appoint an Agronomits to join my client’s soft fruit team focused on Tree Fruit. If you are committed to a career in fruit agronomy; thrive on change and innovation; have a thirst for knowledge and are eager to learn then this could be the role for you.

Overview:

• A genuine interest in growing and some experience of fruit growing
• An enthusiasm for Integrated Pest Management and technical solutions to support agronomy decisions
• Prove understanding of the commercial drivers within an Agri business as well as the technical issues and responsibilities
• Have excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Have proven experience of working as part of a team and contributing to team success
• Be educated to degree level
• Understanding of the need to work long hours during the growing season, and to travel as necessary

• It is essential that you are FACTS & BASIS qualified and hold a full UK driving licence. You must also have a high level of written and spoken English.
