Duties:
- Within the framework secure, develop and retain strong business relationships with existing key customers along with generating a pipeline of prospective accounts in the assigned area. Use all resources for searching and developing your prospective pipeline of potential new accounts.
- Using existing templates, write clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers to secure revenue.
- Manage and resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure the continued improvement of our service.
- Work closely with, and communicate effectively with internal departments across the business to ensure a unified and effective approach.
- Manage all administrative requirements Webfleet Trip report, expenses, daily call reports) in line with company procedures and deadlines.
- Communicate with management relevant customer needs, problems, competitor activities, advertising, promotional trends, market conditions & product developments. Share or offer forecasting on new products and services, using the appropriate resources i.e., social media.

- Develop and maintain an in depth and detailed knowledge of the core product range. Consistently gain an awareness of other product lines to increase margin enhancement & establish credibility with customers and increase sales.

Skills:
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience within the Hospitality Industry or FMCG market – not essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel and outlook)
- Evidence of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
