Duties;
* Working closely with the commercial manager and procurement manager within the food service and wholesale markets you will be assisting the team to managing their own portfolio of products
* Help co-ordinate manage day to day relationship with strategic supply partners
* Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers
* Assisting the team in managing the P&L
* To help monitor and managing stock arrivals ensuring expectations meet

Essential:
* Outstanding customer service skills and able to build relationships with suppliers and customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident professional telephone manner
* Computer literate with accomplished numerical skills
* Ability to prioritise in a busy environment with flexible approach

Skills;
* Experience within a similar role in fresh produce
* Additional languages
* Knowledge of suppliers both here in the UK & overseas
