My client is a equipment importer and distributor with an established presence and strong proven history in their sector across the UK.

They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team to assist in overseeing operations at their fulfilment centre in Warwickshire.

Salary range from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus benefits package.

Hours of work are 8.45am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.

– Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records through ERP transactions.

– Manual handling and unloading of containers from overseas suppliers

– Supervising a small warehouse team

– Fork lift truck driving

– Checking invoices for inbound/outbound loads and reporting discrepancies

Requirements:

– Strong supervisory experience within warehousing.

– Proficient in the use of computers and standard office software

– Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.

– Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback.

– Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential and Bendi licence would be highly advantageous.

– Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

– Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to work with the team.
