Duties:
- Support the Head of sales by researching accounts and generating sales leads to open new listings across primarily retail grocers as well as develop other sales channels such as food-service and catering
- Identify and develop key customer contacts
- Build strong relationships with clients to maintain business and to acquire new customers.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship and contact with the retail buying teams
- Provide promotional support for the key accounts
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehouse, logistics and the Customer to secure well executed in-store Promotions and availability
- Deliver agreed monthly and three-monthly business sales forecasts
- Provide appropriate customer support in relation to new product launches- new line information, product codes, pack samples/mock-ups
