Our client are now looking to appoint a Sales Executive to join the team. Very much an Account Management role however, office based, managing around 100 customers.
Purpose:
- As part of the Sales Team, our main goal is to increase and maximise sales with all our customers.
- This is gained through relationship building and identifying opportunities where you can increase the number of products they take and help them with the pull through of those products through end user development.
- Working with internal systems, you will be able to review all customers sales by product, month, year etc. and then identify the right products to discuss further with your customers.
- Measurement will be on sales growth, new customers, new listings, samples sent conversions, ad-hoc initiatives such as NPD target sales, etc.
- Source, identify suitable new business opportunities, make contact, sell features and benefits of our client’s services, products, and support.
- Build relationship, work with customer in establishing and growing our clients’ sales.
You:
- Comfortable using telephone, emails or even Zoom/Teams calls to build the relationship and manage the account accordingly (no spiels, hard selling techniques etc) – talk to them.
- Can ask quality questions to establish customers business, end users and their needs.
- Has high levels of drive, tenacity, and ability to work on own initiative.
- Chatty, and has a willingness to learn and win new listings, find new accounts, shout about successes.
- Work on CRM system, use of Microsoft tools (full training provided)
