You:
Ideal candidate should have experience working on NPD projects and cross functional teams within the food or FMCG sector as per below: –
- Co-ordinate & follow up NPD projects, related to Asia.
- Manage process documentation from kitchen to factory scale up.
- Support the NPD Manager (Asia) in the NPD Process.
- Maintain a database of product & process information by NPD product.
- Support in the kitchen analysis and product cook up from NPD to Launch.
- Communicate with the Thailand based team regarding factories and ingredients suppliers to help prioritise in line with the NPD process
Attributes:
- Degree in Food related degree – not essential
- HACCP / Process Improvement
- Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
- Ability to write clear market driven product requirements and strategies.
- Ability to do customer and product presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate success in product launches and execution of product marketing strategies.
- Research, analysis and negotiation skills.
- Motivated self-starter proven project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- To formulate, submit and agree objectives on a quarterly basis.
- Commitment to Customer Service and Quality Management Systems including BRC and ISO
