Our client has a number of growing operations overseas and grows produce using modern and innovative growing techniques to drive and support its thriving year-round soft fruit import business.
To be considered for this role you must have Food Safety Level 2 and HACCP Level 2.
Duties (but not limited to):
- To assure the product quality online. To guide and support the operations/production team against customer quality standards. Ensure product quality is reported verbally, on reports or via email to the relevant teams.
- To ensure required tasks are completed to maintain adherence to QMS. Highlight and guide to pack house team when actions/tasks fall outside of the correct procedures/rules. Shelf life and Customer samples submission and control, Carrying and reporting GMP and G&P audits.
- Ensure effective and regular communication with the QA Manager or a member of the technical team on any matters arising within the pack house. To ensure communication from the QA Manager (or other members of the technical team) to the whole QA team and pack house personnel.
