Technical Compliance Manager – near Bodmin
This role would suit someone with a background in Dairy Manufacturing or Food Manufacturing or Food Production.
Overview:
- To ensure food safety, integrity and legal standards are met.
- To ensure technical compliance is maintained across all areas of business.
- To ensure all technical documentation maintained, updated and in line with BRC requirements.
- To ensure all customer records and specification maintained and updated
- To support Technical Manager in day to day running of site technical requirements.
- To ensure all BRC standards are achieved and maintained.
Duties:
- Audit process and follow up.
- Management of business specifications.
- Business compliance to BRC and customer needs.
- Customer support, complaints trending and feedback internally. Ensure actions implemented.
- Management of customer online portals and specifications, updating and maintaining.
- Continual improvement and communication of technical standards in sites.
- Monitoring and support with production paperwork.
- Support to Technical manager in day to day running of production technical requirements.
- Micro analysis and data trending.
- HACCP management.
- All CCP’S are understood and supporting documentation audited.
- Maintain product quality and consistency through spot audits of production and leading periodic taste panels.
- Good intake/raw material inspections are completed and in line with intake requirements.
- Regular plant audits to ensure compliance achieved and feedback given as needed.
- Environmental, hand swabs and micro testing schedules achieved.
- Completing traceability on raw materials and finished products.

The basic hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours but it is expected that such hours/days be worked as necessary to complete the above.
