Quality Controller

Inspection of UK grown produced soft fruit to meet grocery accounts and the multiples.

You:

• Inspection of raw materials
• Online QC checks
• Positive release
• Shelf life control & arrange samples to be dispatched for taste panel assessments
• Conduct Trace ability & Recall Exercises
• Label printing checks Then, any further duties as outlined for continual improvements to Food Safety, Quality Management Systems in line with the businesses working policies.

• Basic English written and spoken acceptable
• Good communicator & excellent team player

• Ability to speak Eastern Block Language -desirable but not necessary

• The hours are flexible throughout the week over 42 hours / overtime available.
