The ideal candidate should have experience in the following fields:

• Ensuring that the company’s food safety and quality objectives are met.
• Working with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Setting up and maintaining digital/online product specifications, via an appropriate online platform.
• Vetting to ensure that all aspects of its products meet with current and future regulatory requirements.
• Labelling artwork design and approval
• Working with our warehouse team to obtain BRC accreditation.
• Be a key component of our NPD team.
• Play a key role in supporting our sales team in winning new business.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be educated to a degree level in a food science, food technology or related subject and/or possess technical/QA admin experience.

You will have basic knowledge of technical/quality management systems, have strong organisational and IT skills and any additional qualifications such as food safety, HACCP, BRC etc would be extremely beneficial.
