Role:
Receiving & processing sales orders
Issuing delivery notes & invoices
Verifying orders in timely manner and keeping a log to follow up confirmations from customers
Dealing with customer queries
Booking in deliveries with customers
Liaising with warehouse & logistics team to rectify any discrepancies
Ensure tasks are carried out correctly and on schedule by all office sales support team
Handling new enquiries in a timely manner
Supporting office based and field sales team with other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sales administrator.
Good organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel & Word
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics or Lakeview
A team player with a high level of dedication to ensure the job is completed by the end of the day
