The Role:
- Sales order processing, including standard, call-off and scheduled order types
- First point of contact for customer-service enquiries, co-ordination of queries ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
- Co-ordination with Hauliers
- Development of product knowledge to support the field-based team when offering alternate products
- Handling customer complaints
- Proactively updating related parties with lead times until fulfilment of orders
Attributes:
- Must have a mode of transport and hold a UK drivers license
- Fluent in English: Constant communication with colleagues and customers
- Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage queries and resolve client’s questions
- SAP experienced
- Eager, committed and enthusiastic
