You:

• Quality Control Testing and Checks of Incoming Samples
• Maintain the Sample Pallet and Retention Samples
• Collating samples for customer tenders / panels, the microbiological testing etc
• Dealing with recording, investigating, and responding to Customer Complaints
• Reporting of Non-Conformance’s and complaints to suppliers
• Monitoring KPIs
• Help with Maintenance of the Approved Service Provider and Supplier List
• Complete Basic Product Specifications
• Run Technical Projects that help to improve the current systems
• Assist in Day-to-Day Technical Administration

Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word together with excellent numerical skills
