You:
- Quality Control Testing and Checks of Incoming Samples
- Maintain the Sample Pallet and Retention Samples
- Collating samples for customer tenders / panels, the microbiological testing etc
- Dealing with recording, investigating, and responding to Customer Complaints
- Reporting of Non-Conformance’s and complaints to suppliers
- Monitoring KPIs
- Help with Maintenance of the Approved Service Provider and Supplier List
- Complete Basic Product Specifications
- Run Technical Projects that help to improve the current systems
- Assist in Day-to-Day Technical Administration

- Working hours are Min-Friday from 8am – 4pm
- Candidates MUST have a driving license as travel to Hull will be required weekly.
