Tasks:
- Update the employee handbook and run appropriate policy training with managers
- Rollout the initial HR processes and routines around My Compass
- Support the master data project
- Support the business with culture change and engagement projects
- Support managers with employment issues, recruitment etc., giving advice and documenting cases, coaching and mentoring as appropriate
- Professionalise and simplify HR processes locally, and training of managers and employees in the current HR processes, and create people data processes.
- Active ownership in the transformation towards supporting projects outcomes that arise
- SMART, rapid assessment and other integration projects
- Participation in HR projects initiated

Other:
- Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours)
